Shipping

We deliver Australia-wide. Each product page shows its delivery estimate and where it ships from. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Shipping is free on orders over A$60; below that a flat A$9.95 applies.

Some remote postcodes can take longer. If your order hasn't arrived within the time shown, contact us and we'll trace it or send a replacement.

Returns & refunds

Changed your mind? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Privacy

We collect the name, email, phone and delivery address you give at checkout so we can fulfil and support your order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We share your delivery details only with the supplier and courier who send your order. We use anonymous analytics to improve the store. We don't sell personal information. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at any time.

Terms

Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. We may correct pricing errors before an order ships, and will refund you in full if we can't fulfil it. [Owner: add business name, ABN and contact details.]
